Gore-obsessed moshpit mavericks Cannibal Corpse will play the cleanest venue they've seen in years tonight at the generally hipster-friendly Santos Party House (which is co-owned by death-metal überfan Andrew W.K., so expect to party harrrd). The cleanup crew should expect the real deal, too. When it comes to credibility, this band has held onto it like no other: Their album art is still generally stomach-churning (even if it is on the inside), their frontman (who goes by "Corpsegrinder"—no relation) has a neck as thick as a sequoia from headbanging, and the word "ballad" isn’t in their vocabulary (we checked).
