Move over, Tony RobbinsDr. Lanny Latham(a/k/a comedian Rob Lathan), a former crystal meth addict who was fired from his job as a P.E. coach, is going to teach all you depressives how to Get Psyched!, his (nonsensical) seven-step program for feeling “pumped” every day. Tonight, at this live Comedy Central recording for his new self-help album, he’ll show you energy-boosting exercises (such as playing air guitar and quickly rubbing your hands together) and give you the tools you’ll need to “immediately solve every problem in your life instantly.” How much success you have with his technique is up to you, of course. The very funny Adira Amram joins him.
