In a year (that seems like a decade) of celebrating Stephen Sondheim's 80th birthday, this is one of the cleverest acknowledgements. Tooting the songwriter's ditties will be Joy Franz of the first Into the Woods, Teri Ralston of the first A Little Night Music, and Sarah Rice of the first Sweeney Todd. Others scheduled to appear include Mark Nadler, Marni Nixon, David Gurland, and Julie Reyburn. The host and originator is Phil Geoffrey Bond.
