When most rock bands were shrieking about hating themselves and wanting to die, Weezer was mourning poor stitching on "Undone (The Sweater Song)," off of what is arguably their finest moment, the group's triple-platinum 1994 debut. A self-titled record, it would come to be referred as "the Blue Album" by fans; the band will perform it tonight in its entirety as part of their "Memories" tour (their other fan-favorite album, Pinkerton, runs tomorrow). This despite having released both a Lost-themed album, which sold a tepid 45,000 copies its first week, and an odds-'n'-sods comp this year. Maybe this tour is meant to cover up some loose ends.
