Just as David Chang did a one-off food truck to promote NBC New York’s new website last year, Daniel Boulud will reportedly man a food truck on February 8 to promote the launch of NBC’s new restaurant website.
David Selig and partner Chef Andrew Field are interested in opening a Rice in the West Village, but rents so far have been too high. They’re also planning to open a coffee and breakfast truck in Rockaway sometime in the spring.
