Vikas Khanna’s Holy Kitchens: A Look at God and Food

Last week, our own Sarah DiGregorio talked to chef Vikas Khanna about his forthcoming restaurant, Junoon, and his other labor of love, Holy Kitchens, a documentary film series about food and religion. The first film, called True Business, looks at langar, the Sikh tradition of offering a meal to the community that anyone, regardless of creed or social standing, can attend.
