'Los Straitjackets Rock'n'Burlesque Spectacular'
Leave it to Los Straitjackets--"Lucha surf" music's Mexican wrestling masked marauders--to dream up what they're billing as a "Rock & Burlesque Spectacular." They're joined by the World Famous Pontani Sisters, a trio of '50s pinup-styled dancers, as well as like-minded artists Miss Saturn and Miss Ruby Valentine. Opening the spectacular are Jenny Dee & the Deelinquents, an all-female garage-rock trio that draws from some of the same inspirations as Los Straitjackets--save, thankfully, the luchadorelook.
