According to humorist P.G. Wodehouse, "Alcohol is a misunderstood vitamin," and it seems like cook-off professionals Theo Peck and Nick Suarez would agree, as their competition, the Brooklyn Booze Experiment, at the Bell House, is where amateur chefs will show off their best booze-inspired dishes. From the richest bourbon sauces and braised meats to the most indulgent desserts topped with alcoholic whipped creams, you're invited to sample each intoxicating “experiment” and select the winner, along with expert judges. You can even feel good about blowing your beer money on the event: A portion of ticket sales will help support ovarian cancer research. Wine and dine away!
