Dear World Woes, We're taking a load off today and forgetting about you, at least for a bit, to have some mindless good fun. We're grabbing a pillow, one that we won't expect to be bringing back home, and heading over to Union Square with a bunch of strangers for Newmindspace's 6th annual Pillow Fight Day. Newmindspace co-founders Lori Kufner and Kevin Bracken, who started these free massive events in 2005, have come a long way from their Canadian frontier with several of their events (The Big Kiss, Lightsaber Battle, and Bubble Battle) going global. That means today's pillow fight will have pillows poofing and feathers flying in various parts of the world. Now, just be gentle with those pillow smacks.
