Lo-fi alt-rock pioneers Sebadoh are touring in support of the reissue of their landmark 1994 release Bakesale (which boasts the unforgettable cover art of a naked baby looking in a toilet). Among their most easily accessible albums, Bakesale benefited from some standout tales of disenchantment and escapism, such as "Not Too Amused" and "Skull," respectively. Fittingly, the group's current lineup consists of original members guitarist-vocalist Lou Barlow (also of Dinosaur Jr. fame) and bassist Jason Loewenstein, alongside touring drummer and Loewenstein's Fiery Furnaces bandmate Bob D'Amico. Original Sebadoh drummer Eric Gaffney, who was on some recent reunion tours, missed out on recording Bakesale, giving this tour some irony. With Richard Buckner.
