UNIVERSAL HERO

He-Man exhibited in true form

If there were a contest for sexiest cartoon of the '80s, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, with all those ripped scantily clad men grappling with one another, would win hands down. Proving the power of Grayskull never dies, Skeletor Saves, a charity art show curated by Brian Moylan, Bradford Shellhammer, and David Mason, features work inspired by the cartoon from such notable names as Casey Spooner, Helmut Lang, Joey Arias, Marc Jacobs, Simon Doonan, and dozens more. All proceeds will benefit the Ali Forney Center, a shelter for homeless gay, bi, and transgendered youth in New York City.
