A decade after they formed, the Go! Team are still delivering the most boisterous dance rock on either side of the pond. The Brighton, England sextet’s third album, Rolling Blackouts, mashes upbeat guitar hooks with double-dutch chants, brassy funk bleats, and soulful indie-pop melodies. The group has never been more nuanced; lead single “T.O.R.N.A.D.O.” rushes along on giddily scratched record skips, while “Secretary Song” blends chimes and synths with the lithe vocals of Deerhoof’s Satomi Matsuzaki.
