Can't afford $250 to see Kanye play the Party in the Garden at MOMA on May 10? Here's your consolation prize: Ad-Rock will perform a DJ set tonight at MOMA in honor of the exhibit Looking at Music 3.0, a sprawling time capsule of the underground music and art scene in New York in the '80s and '90s (which, of course, includes the Beasties). Bikini Kill's Kathleen Hanna and Def Jam Recordings creative director Cey Adams, who are also featured in the exhibit, will be there to sign posters ($20 each). Though, back to Kanye, if money is no obstacle, a limited number of tickets have been reserved to go on sale at the door on May 10 starting at 8:30 p.m.—good luck!
