Comic books and theater join forces!
The Brick Theater is home to all kinds of wacky festivals--there's been the Moral Values Festival, the Hell Festival, and the Baby Jesus One-Act Jubilee. Now, for the first time, they present The Comic Book Theater Festival, a month-long theatrical tribute to the art of cartooning. Highlights include Carousel(June 4), a series of cartoon slideshows hosted by the one and only R. Sikoryak; Crystal Skillman's adaptation of the bestselling series Action Philosophers (runs June 23 to July 1); and an ode to the Dark Knight Batz (June 16–28).
