Just how well do you know David Bowie? At the Museum of Arts and Design’s film retrospective David Bowie, Artist, get a crash course in the rocker’s career as an actor, from his role as the humanoid alien Thomas Jerome Newton in Nicolas Roeg’s The Man Who Fell to Earth (1976) to starring alongside puppets as Jareth, the Goblin King in Jim Henson’s Labyrinth (1986). While you’re there, stop by the museum’s sixth floor to check out the interactive kiosks with information on the famous chameleon’s career. The series kicks off tonight with D.A. Pennebaker’s 1973 concert film Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars. Series runs through June 30.
