Maybe there are some indie rock fans who'll care that Art Brut's last album was produced by Frank Black. Maybe not. But Eddie Argos and company have mellowed a bit on their fourth album, mostly because Eddie's gone from an excited yelp to a grumbling grunt on many tracks. But the band still sparks up the ol' rock magic now and then, and no doubt it'll be on display live when they troll through their back catalog. It'll sure be funny to hear "Formed a Band" eight years after the fact. With Reptar.
