Noah Lennox of Animal Collective hasn't toured much in support of this spring's Tomboy, his latest solo album under the name Panda Bear. This week, though, the Lisbon-based chillwave progenitor hits Brooklyn for a sold-out headlining gig a few nights before AnCo launch a brief U.S. trek. (Catch the full group at the Prospect Park Bandshell July 12.) Tomboy hasn't been received quite as rapturously as 2007's Person Pitch, but with its gauzy guitar loops and endless-summer harmonies, it's nearly as lovely. With New Jersey's Ducktails, one of Panda Bear's many haze-crazy successors.
