There are many romantic settings we could think of for a love story—Paris, Tuscany, anywhere with an ocean view. But doing research at a university? In his new comedy Completeness, playwright Itamar Moses shows us exactly how dreamy the long hours digging through data in close quarters can be. The story concerns Elliot, a computer scientist, who helps Molly, a molecular biologist, with her research project by building a computer program for her. The more they work together, the more they learn about love and each other. Obie winner Pam MacKinnon (Clybourne Park) directs.
