Last time we saw TV on the Radio, they were playing from a billboard stage that popped up three or four stories above the corner of Lafayette and Great Jones streets. Tonight, the Brooklyn band returns home to the ground-level Williamsburg Waterfront, mixing cuts from their latest, the mature-but-not-complacent Nine Types of Light, with old favorites such as "Wolf Like Me," the one that had a crowd of kids dancing on the sidewalk, blocking the path to the Bleecker Street 6 train. Broken Social Scene opens.
