w h o k i l l, the second album by tUnE-yArDs, the Connecticut-born indie darling who reached New York after a detour in Kenya, is lively, challenging, and engaging, and her shows are just the same. Where she once kept things small, sharing the stage with only a drum kit, a few pedals, and bassist Nate Brenner, she has since brought an entire band into the mix.
