In 1992, Pete Rock and CL Smooth released the jazz-tinged dirge "They Reminisce Over You," which went on to become their hit single. After 15 years of flying solo, the duo buried the hatchet in 2010 to reminisce over the golden age, setting their egos aside in favor of a higher calling. Joining them will be all four original members of Brand Nubian, the iconic group behind One For All, and Nice & Smooth, best known for "Sometimes I Rhyme Slow." This is the living history of alternative hip-hop, with that head-bobbing boom bap thump and laid-back flows that aim for the gut.
