Kevin Powell, who rose to semi-stardom as a resident on the first season of MTV’s Real World, is once again hosting his annual Holiday Party & Clothing Drive to benefit the Safe Horizon/Streetwork Project. For the 11th year, Powell gives us an incentive to clean out our overfilled closets by throwing a party and collecting truckloads of stuff useful to NYC’s homeless youth. Tonight’s event includes multiple DJ sets, live art, an acoustic band, short film presentations, and appearances by other notable celebs and politicians who also want to do their part this holiday season.
