Eternal wanderer Ryan Skeen has signed on to helm the kitchen of a rustic Italian trattoria on the Upper West Side called Il Cibreo, in the former Campo space at Broadway and 112th Street. The restaurant will open Wednesday and serve things like “bruschetta with grilled asparagus and Fontina, grilled flat-bread pizzas, burgers and panini.” [Diner’s Journal]
