Seriously, did the 2000s produce any other guitar hero with a more compelling voice than acoustic wrecking ball Kaki King? And you could even make the case that his '90s counterpart might well have been Lee Ranaldo of the recently dismantled foggy feedback sculptors Sonic Youth, whose 2009 parting shot "The Eternal" was far better than it had any right to be nearly 20 years after their prime. Here, two generations of uniquely warped tonal sensibilities are deployed to independently score comic shorts featuring silent film era acting icon Buster Keaton.
