If you’ve been waiting since the early ’90s for your chance to do “the Hump,” you haven’t totally missed the boat. Shock G (a/k/a Humpty Hump) may have put the hip-hop carnival he emcees, Digital Underground, to rest in 2008, recording-wise, but they are still touring, soon to celebrate the group’s 25th anniversary. And though only about 25 months of that time constitute their glory days, the brief period during which they debuted the “Humpty Dance,” introduced the world to 2Pac, and terrorized Chevy Chase in Nothing But Trouble, they have more than enough material to make tonight memorable.
