xxxy’s latest EP, "Everything," revels in the garage that informs post-dubstep, transmuting vocal samples and synths into pure energy. His well-wrought percussion never lets you forget his drum and bass roots, though: “Sing With Us”, on Fabric’s seminal bass compilation, Elevator Music, practically evoked a full marching band.
