Lazar had one of the top five, maybe top three, voices of all leading men on Broadway. Better yet, he’s a ball of fire when he’s just being himself, and on the cabaret stage you can’t do much else. He’s handsome, funny, self-deprecating, and completely at home in front of a crowd—even if he had never set on Broadway, these shows would make him a big name.
