Turrbotax usually brings in bleeding-edge talent, but it’s equally good to see them host a New York house legend: Kenny “Dope” Gonzalez, he of Masters at Work, of Bucketheads, of “The Bomb.” A little more underground—though you might recognize his name from Bok Bok or Kingdom records—is ballroom and vogue star MikeQ. Expect the Jersey native and QweenBeat boss to pepper his own muscular productions with Night Slugs hits, some Madonna or Zebra Katz, and, yes, maybe a little MAW. With Bookworms (“Love Triangles,” L.I.E.S) and residents C-Sick, Mayster, Rem Koolhaus, Space Jam and Contakt.
