As the curator for Willamsburg experimental hub Zebulon, Sam Hilmer (he of local avant shape-shifters ZS and Diamond Terrifier) has booked a slew of forward-thinking musicians for weekly Tuesday night gigs, so it comes as no shock that he has now teamed up with Laura Paris to transform Bushwick art space Secret Project Robot into the life-size maze that will house the current incarnation of the You Are Here Festival. Each weekend from July 12th through August 4th, light, projections, sounds, and sculpture will converge with a dizzying array of musical performances nestled in the nooks of the maze, featuring groundbreaking deconstructionists like Mick Barr, Noveller, Guardian Alien, Cellular Chaos, Dustin Wong, C. Spencer Yeh, and a host of others.
Thursdays-Saturdays. Starts: July 12. Continues through Aug. 4, 2012
