Take the delight of the storytelling series the Moth, the wackiness of the variety show Hot Tub, and the greatest songs to sing karaoke to, throw them in a blender, and—voilà!—you have the Jukebox, a show during which everyone in the lineup performs a piece inspired by a song related to the chosen theme—and then they sing it on the karaoke machine. The theme of this show is “anniversary” (in honor of the show’s one-year anniversary) and performing on the subject are actor-comedian-activist Janeane Garofalo, actor Nick Choksi (One Life to Live), and actor Therese Plaehn (Barefoot Theatre Company). Steve Heisler, Steve Jacobs, and Margaret Lyons host.
