After nine years, the disco-ier of the Disco Biscuits—Marc Brownstein (bass) and Aron Magner (keyboards)—once again join keyboardist Jamie Shields (of the disbanded New Deal) and drummer Mike Greenfield (Lotus) for something of a livetronica supersession. Don’t confuse them with the other Biscuits techno spinoff, Conspirator, although the deep beats, prog flourishes, and general oceanic mayhem will provide plenty of ecstatic overlap.
