Most famous for the official “Lotus Flower” remix that Radiohead commissioned for last year’s TKOL RMX 1234567 project, Jacques Greene is even better at crafting his own tracks than editing others. “(Baby I Don’t Know) What You Want” was a highlight of Night Slugs’ start-to-finish excellent Allstars Volume 1 comp, and dual EPs The Look and Lay It Down sound just as good. But his real masterpiece is “Another Girl,” a six-minute-and-43-second journey that begins with a vocal sample from Ciara’s “Deuces” and slowly adds and subtracts element after element. Tonight, after touring the country with the xx, Greene returns to Le Bain, the same posh Chelsea nightclub where he played the Dark Disco party mere weeks ago. With Krystal Klear.
