The song of the flamingo isn’t particularly elegant—a swift and screechy caw. Nevertheless, playwright Jorge Ignacio Cortiñas has decided on a chorus of flamingoes for his new dance-theater piece, which centers on a man who runs a tropical aviary and features a cast including Crystal Finn and Debargo Sanyal.
