On any given day, at any random moment, you can spot someone in this city behaving in a very weird way. The beauty of New Yorkers is that we embrace and celebrate these differences, which makes it fitting that for the past eight years, Art in Odd Places has been showcasing these bizarre antics. For the next 10 days, it will be exploring the qualities of what it means to be a “model citizen” with more than 100 artists from around the world presenting performances, interventions, visual installations, video, and sound along 14th Street. This event also includes special tours and panel discussions. The best part? It’s all for free!All events take place along 14th Street from Avenue C to the Hudson River.
