More About

Early last century, Supreme Court Justice Louis D. Brandeis observed, “We may have democracy, or we may have wealth concentrated in the hands of a few, but we can’t have both.” Plus ça change. In the run-up to this year’s presidential cage match, photographer Brian Dailey asked citizens to expose their true colors by posing before the backdrop of their choice: blue and red, of course, but also gray for Independents, green for the Greens, and yellow for those who “don’t vote or participate in the political process.” (Cowards?) Dailey’s eight-foot-wide grids of 44 images each capture our glorious diversity, whether in the nude, in scuba gear, playing musical instruments, or wearing all manner of outlandish getups. Now that’s a rainbow coalition.
Wed., Oct. 17, 6 p.m.; Tuesdays-Saturdays, 11 a.m. Starts: Oct. 17. Continues through Nov. 18, 2012
