There is nothing we can say here that will grab your attention more than just coming right out and telling you the gist of this event: It’s a weekend full of chocolate! Also known as the New York Chocolate Show, this three-day dessert-filled smorgasbord shows off the creations of more than 50 chocolatiers from around the world, including plenty of samples to taste and chocolate sculptures to drool over. Guests can also attend live demos on such magical-sounding things as Spicy Double Chocolate Pecan Pie and Chocolate Patron Cake Pops. Star chefs such as Johnny Iuzzini and Zac Young (both of Top Chef Desserts) will lead demonstrations, and other food personalities will be signing books throughout the weekend.
