Suffocation+Car Bomb

In death metal, band members come and go, a fact the metal press relies on a little too heavily for story angles, and Long Island's long-running Suffocation is no exception. But when rumors arose earlier this year that the group's gun-loving, pitbull-throated frontman Frank Mullen might be souring on the death life on the verge of the band's 25th anniversary, he was quick to nip that one in the bud and say he's staying. Despite its name, death metal will never die. With Car Bomb, Mutant Supremacy and Trenchgrinder.
