A night of songs 
for Mark Twain

Making readings exciting for the audience can often be a challenge. But the Bushwick Book Club thinks it has found a winning formula by writing original tunes inspired by the featured book and performing them while the audience downs treats and drinks that go with the theme of the evening. Tonight, in honor of Mark Twain’s 177th birthday on November 30, performers Elizabeth Devlin, Leslie Graves, the Happy Rappies, and Peter Dizozza make Twain’s stories literally sing. The charming Susan Hwang hosts.
