transformed into Pig Island today, and
no, that’s not a creepy Lord of the Flies reference. At this showcase of local
ingredients, chefs, breweries, and more,
a whopping 80 locally sourced hogs will be prepared and served, with more than 25 chefs from all five boroughs putting their creativity to the test. Enjoy a local craft beer, wine, or hard cider with your meal while listening to live music all afternoon. Oh, and Pig Island doesn’t discriminate; vegetarians are welcome (and can expect veggie options), too.
