This is the big one. Occupying the former Scores location, the owners of Sapphire have done away with all of that club’s greasy charm. Instead, there are flat screens, low light, and hip music. On select nights, dancing is pushed aside in favor of televised wrestling or mixed martial arts. Quel chic! The private VIP cabana rooms start at $350, but even staying out on the floor can get expensive quickly. Expect to spend at least a few hundred dollars unless you take advantage of one of their group rates.
