Starting out as a conventional latticini, DIPALO DAIRY has fulfilled its mandate to produce excellent mozzarella, and then some. But they've also reached back to the old country for a stunning selection of imported cheeses and charcuterie, sliced by Louis DiPalo and staff, who are never in such a hurry that they can't pause to discuss the merits of a piave or pecorino.
