A firestorm of criticism has been leveled against FADA on food message boards, and I'm not sure why. The salade niçoise at this Provençale-themed bistro is exemplary, with a vinaigrette of just the right consistency to coat the leaves but not oppress them, while the aioli garni is duplicated nowhere else in town with its hunk of cod and profusion of steamed vegetables.
