Dozens of new pastas are introduced to an eager public at the 50 or so Italian restaurants that define the East Village dining scene, but the one that sticks in my mind is the gramigna at BIANCA, screwy double elbows bombed with a crumbly-sleek dressing of Italian sausage and strips of sweet red bell pepper.
