Best Rotisserie Chicken (2008)


The Peruvians have made a mighty effort to corner the market, and their version is very engaging, but the award (drumroll) goes to—Gabriela's, a not-bad regional Mexican restaurant with excellent rotisserie chicken. Pick from three sauces, of which the most unusual is mancha manteles, an orange puree of bananas and chiles from Sinaloa.
