Gnarliest N'Awlins (2008)


A decade after Paul Prudhomme brought his Cajun-Creole cooking to town, and his restaurant died, elements of his dream have been slowly working their way into area restaurants. Most notable is NATCHEZ, named after a riverboat. Emphasizing the high-flown French aspects of Creole, the specialties include gumbo, crab cakes, and best of all, beef fillet in bourbon sauce.
