Guess who's coming to dinner? The first African-American actor to win an Academy Award—and a civil-rights activist to boot—Sidney was raised on Cat Island in the Bahamas, so we can't resist giving him a taste of the island staple salt cod. Imagine the sense memories that'll be stirred when he downs the toast domed with salt-cod brandade at Boqueria. It's the most delicious thing on the menu, but we'll also give the stately actor the slow-poached egg with lentils, and slices of the incomparable Serrano ham, served on tomato-smeared toasts.
