Singapores food is a tasty mishmash of Chinese, Malay, and South Indian. Singapore Caf gets much of it right, most notably the baby-oyster omeleta delicate flop of egg liberally dotted with the juicy bivalves, and served with a syrupy, spicy dipping sauce.
