The owners of Cité had obviously not been thinking of my crowd when they instituted a post8 p.m., one-price ($59.50), all-you-can-drink wine dinner to lure customers during the evening doldrums. We've taken it up with a vengeance, returning to swirl and swill with the best of them and savoring the fine wines that are poured endlessly throughout the evening. Some nights, as we stagger out replete with grand food and great Bordeaux, we're sure they wished they had.
