Chola
Chola is a pricey haven for discerning eaters of Indian food. The menu breezes through several regional styles, many unavailable in cheaper renditions. There's "more kozhambu"baby okra and spongy dumplings in a mustardy stew thickened with buttermilkand avial malabar, a saucy vegetable combination from the former Dutch colony of Cochin. Whatever the region or origin of the dish, you'll find fresh kari (curry leaves) galore.
