My son is 14, and he doesn't allow just anyone to cut his hair. He also doesn't like to spend money. His two requirements: (1) The person has to know how to do the job right; and (2) It has to fit his budget (cheap). So thank God I found Atlas Barber School, where all haircuts are only $5 for man, woman, or child. To enroll in the school, prospective students must take an exam and have a high school diploma. There are 22 chairs and plenty of handsome young men to give you the cut you deserve. And if you need a shave, they can hook you up as well.
